Hello!

I’m Vincent, an experienced UX designer and design thinker.

During my career, I have designed many successful digital and physical products. My expertise includes design research, design strategy, design system, 2D, 3D, AR/VR, software UX, and hardware UX. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, research, QA, content, and business roles to bring to life innovative new products. So far, I’ve worked on a wide range of problem areas including manufacturing, healthcare, wearable, consumer electronics, e-commerce, shipping, insurance, pharmaceutical, to cloud services.

I am recently impacted by Amazon’s 2023 layoff. If you need an end-to-end designer who is also proficient in user research and design strategy, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

My Other Pursuits

Prior to UX design, I was an industrial designer for many years. I designed many consumer electronic products and wearable timepieces. Below are some of the products I’ve designed over the years. With my combined experience in 2D and 3D product design, I’m able to design both hardware and software UX, which is useful in mixed reality, IoT, and products that require hardware and software integration. In addition, I’m also proficient in sketching, user research, and post-it brainstorming.

Outside of Work, I am an...

Art Lover, music junkie, foodie, travel addict, outdoor enthusiast, and a passionate home cook!

Exercise and health is important to me. I try to hit the gym and yoga classes 2–3 times a week (not during the lockdown). Last but not least, a must have in my life is traveling. Over the years, I have lived/ visited 16 states in the US, 13 countries in Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, and several countries in Asia. You know, when I'm eighty years old, I want to tell my kids "I've been there and done everything", not "I wish I've been there, I wish I've done that". That would be so lame…
